Our birthday room was suppose to be ready with pizza and drinks at 3:00 pm. I rounded up the 21 kids and washed their hands and at 3:05 had to go ask for our stuff. Never had a party attendant the whole time except for set up and never saw her again. Had to ask for our cake and ice cream. Then had no silverware to eat the cake and ice cream. I’m not sure if this was a staffing issue or what, but with my 5 kids, we have had a lot of parties there including last year and never had this much of an issue. With the amount of money spent, it was pretty disappointing.

The park was very clean itself. The staff at check in had no idea how to check in a birthday party. The bathrooms were gross, no soap and no paper towel water all over the floor and dirty diaper trash full. Some of the little areas were overrun occasionally by older kids not following rules nor being supervised

The check in process needs to be handled more efficiently. There is only one line for party check ins, which causes more wait times and frustration with the amount of people in line. Secondly, there’s no official line. Just a group of people and more people waiting behind them. Lastly, during the booking portion or confirmation of the party, if those steps could be expressed to the person booking, that may cause a better understanding of the whole process.

I booked a birthday party with 13 jumpers (and there parents). I was told to arrive 30 minutes before 2:00pm jump start time. I did - 1:30pm. But we were not completely checked in until 2:00pm, because the attendant kept walking away to help other customers. I finally got annoyed and yelled for help. I believe it was the manager on duty who came. He said the employees are required to help those in the general line first. What! That is totally unacceptable. I arrived 30 minutes early to have my birthday party checked in on time. I brought over 24 people with me and paid over $300! There should be an employee designated to just check in birthday parties. And since the employees kept leaving us, the check in process got messed up with the tags and my birthday boy's bag was forgotten. Being that said, after the bad check in process; the party went smoothly. Our attendant was great! And once I discovered that we were not given the birthday bag; Sky Zone offered to mail it to my house. My other recommendation is more room time. 45 minutes is not enough time to eat food & open gifts for a large party. For the same price, I could have gone to Craigs Cruisers which I might do next time.
