Most of the party was great until we got to the party room. Our party host sat in the room on his cell phone for 30 mins before we got in there and when we did, nothing was ready for the kids... no food or drinks. He told me he hates his job and then tried to make us feel bad every time he had to do anything. The whole thing felt like it was his last day and he stopped caring.
