Very friendly and accommodating staff members. It was a really busy time--Saturday evening--and all the staff members were helpful and patient despite the high volume of business. Good customer service is hard to find, so I was pleasantly surprised.

First contact over the telephone, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Following correspondence via email, staff was organized and efficient in confirming our reservation and requirements by SkyZone. The day of ghd party, our assigned staff member was friendly to everybody in our party and very helpful to me by serving and keeping us on task and on schedule. Thank you so much!

The part host was amazing. She was knowledgeable if we had a question and was always attentive to anything we needed. She made the party effortless

The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The equipment was clean and well maintained with one exception where the padding had split leaving a very hard bar exposed beneath the leather.

The kids had a great time and there was very little work on our part. Great value for the cost. I think the variety of activities available are perfect for all ages and really enjoy bringing my child and her friends here.

The person helping me there at sky zone that helped me host the whole event was excellent always on prompt with the refills making sure the food was out on time making sure we had enough plates and cups everything was excellent always on task and on time to make sure everything ran smoothly excellent service. We will be putting another birthday party in March and October

My son and his friends had a great time at Sky Zone for his birthday party. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the trampoline attractions were a blast. We will definitely be back again soon!
