No AC in the party room. Very little time to use the room.

Floors were sticky all around the building, over machines were constantly out, setup time in our Birthday was late so our time in there was rushed. My husband got his foot caught under the warped wall and ruptured his Achilles.

Invitations were not available. They told us that the following day the invitations would arrive and they didn't. We didn't want the online one. This was an inconvenience. Had to use the online one in a rush manner.

The price was extremely expensive for what was offered for only 2 hours of jump/party room. We chose this place because we thought it looked much bigger in the pictures we saw, but for the price, I expected it to be bigger with ore variety.

The price that I pay for the party it’s high and the pizza taste is not the best.

I wish the party room was available the whole 2 hours. Guests wanted areas to rest and i just happened to find a table while we waited an hour for the room.

There is always room for improvement, nothing sticks out that I could complain about. Wasn’t sure what to expect.

We paid almost $500 for a bday part package for my 4 years old twins and the check in area was crowded and my guests would wait about 10 minutes or more to check in and get their socks cutting into our very limited 2 hours that we had. We were rushed throughout the whole experience and our room was supposed to be decorated and set up by our host by3 o clock and it was not completely set up until about 3:15 and were then extremely rushed to do food, cake and gifts to be out at exactly 4. Sky Zone Shouldn't over book rooms back to back and include at least 1 hour 30 minutes of room time to allow a little wiggle room to clean up. I felt as if the whole experience was rushed and not worth all the money we paid, the facility is too little and should have more toddler exclusive areas. Some of the jumping area had areas where the trampoline was too loose and the protection areas were sticking out which were pretty dangerous for younger kids. The facility could use more seating room space and storage area for your shoes and jackets. Will most likely not book a larger party here again. Maybe visit but not in a party setting to small and uncomfortable.

The hostess were nice and helpful. The check-in process was fairly easy and quick. The problem area was in the party space. When I booked the party, I was told that I would get the largest party room. The day before the party I was told that the largest party room was already taken. They said they would allow our party to spill onto the tables outside of the smaller room. 30 or so minutes after the party started, I was told that we could use the larger room, too. The larger room was not used at all. I had close to 60 guests (jumpers as well as well nonjumpers) that crowded into the smaller room to get their food. Also, I was drawn into having a party there for my daughter after reading the that the glow party has a DJ. There was no DJ. Pretty disappointing.
