I just wanted to take a minute to recognize Sky Zone Moncton and how amazing they are … We recently organized a large group of over 60 participants over the March Break and Sky Zone member Ben helped make it an incredibly fun day! From my initial telephone conversation with him to the emails back and forth to the day of the event, Ben was professional, helpful and efficient. On event day, he met us with a smile and a handshake and had everything expertly organized from how check-in would go smoothly right down to the toppings on our pizzas! We also had the pleasure of working with Sky Zone owner Kathy who herself was out on the floor supervising all the participants in a gentle but firm way. The children (and some of us crazy adults) all had such a fun time jousting, dodgeball’ing, tug of war’ing and Warrior cours’ing! When it was time for us to pack in our jumping time and settle into the party rooms, the pizzas and drinks were delivered hot and yummy! Thank you Kathy, Ben and all of your staff who helped make our day a Sky Zone Success!

From start to finish we had great service. Kaylee was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in was a bit confusing but only because the person was new and it is busy. Completely understandable.

The birthday party was a success and I am extremely happy with the service provided by the employees. They were great with the kids and made everything easy!

I have had birthday parties for my sons many different places, and this was by far the most organized one. I could actually enjoy the party with my kids instead of worrying about organizing everything. Thanks!

Booking the part was easy, and everything was included within the oackage- the only thing I had to worry about was bringing a cake. The staff was very friendly- and every aspect of the part was handled by someone, making sure that I got to spend as much time with my birthday girl without having to worry about anything else.

The team member that was there when we got all our passes was the same member that helped in the party room and throughout the entire time we were there. she was absolutely amazing and very helpful, very polite and easy going. We also were running late due to the snow storm and we were bumped to the next time frame so we didn’t lose out on any jump time which was fantastic!

Paige (our party host) did an amazing job. She was very helpful and easy to reach when I had questions. My only wish would be to have the party room for longer, as it did not give us time to open gifts on site.

The staff was beyond friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had absolutely nothing to do when I arrived. The staff looked after everything. The kids had all had a blast, and the glow party was so cool. I have absolutely no complaints and no recommendations to improve anything as everything was just perfect. Thank you so much Skyzone Moncton! You’ve made a little boy’s 10th birthday one he will never forget.
