Our host Danielle was friendly and made everything run smoothly. We were able to relax and enjoy our own party with our guests. There was a good balance of structuring our time while having free play.

A great fit for what we needed. The only thing that we didn't like was the speakers blaring in the birthday party room -- which we could not adjust. This made the birthday party experience less than ideal. The team members insisted they could not turn down just the speaker blaring into our room. The guest of honor (my daughter) could not hear us singing the Happy Birthday song to her. The guests could not talk to each other. This is the only reason I will think twice before booking a party here again and will let others know about this as well.

The private time of foam pit was not private. Lots of people outside of party were there and eventually our party was a bit overwhelmed by bigger kids so left the area

We would have liked the party room to feel a little more welcoming, less sparse. We would have wanted the party assistant to be available to check-in late arrivals to our party. We would have liked more options for kids 6-years-old and under.

Check in chaotic as very busy generally and no signage for party attendees. I had to stop parents standing in the long general line. Also there is inadequate water available for jumpers. I had to keep asking for jugs and cups (these were brought out by our helper) - one child had a headache from being thirsty. A water fountain is inadequate for small children to drink sufficient water to maintain hydration. This is particularly the case when water bottles cannot be brought in.
