The employees and party assistant were very helpful and extremely helpful. The facility looked brand new and our kids loved the rock wall. I have two disappointments, 1) the stunt area was closed and 2) after just finding Rockin Jump we learned this particular location is closing days after our first visit.

The party host was excellent and very attentive. The jump zone attendants were great at making sure all children were safe.

The party turned out great! I’m sad the Towson location is closing.

My party host, Samantha was great! The kids had an awesome time and everything was perfect.

I hosted my daughter's second birthday at Rockin' Jump and it was a wonderful experience! I absolutely LOVE that you have the option to book parties starting at 10am, before open jump for the public begins at 11am. This meant that my daughter and her friends had an amazing time exploring all of the areas and we were never concerned with their safety in terms of having other older children and adults also trying to use the same areas. The party host, Cam, was excellent and very helpful, both with check-in, and with setting up our party room and making the whole experience easy and stress-free! The food was great, all the kids had a fantastic time, I would absolutely recommend this to anyone for a wonderful birthday party experience! I'd also like to particularly appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility!! Makes the experience so so much more enjoyable!

The ease of having everything basically in on private room. Did not have to bring anything but cake so I could enjoy part with my granddaughter.

Nobody welcomed us when we arrived. The hostess did not give us enough information on what will happen next. There were no instructions, I keep on asking questions on what and where will the guests do. They don’t seem to be organized. There were some miscommunication about what the party package included. They lack announcements on activities. I was told I’ll get a private area for dodge ball but it did not happen and no one informed us of anything. But the hostess was kind and helpful when you ask her but it would have been better if instructions were given at the start of the party and not assume that we know what to do next. The facility activities were fun, my son and guests love it. I was told that we will be given tokens as part of the package but it never happened. There were some opportunities for better communication and someone needs to greet customers when they come in and direct them to where and what’s going to happen.
