Extremely timely help from the birthday party attendant, refilled the drinks on time and arranged the plates etc in a timely manner.

We had such a positive experience with having a birthday party at your Westerville location. Our party host was beyond helpful! Great communication from all staff before and during the party.

Rules were never explained, options for different areas were not explained, a lot of kids wanted to do the obstacle course but it was closed the entire time we were there - but there were at least 3 kids in it at all times - if this was a private event, its hard for young children to understand why some kids can use an area but they can't. No one told me if I should bring my own plates/cups/etc so I brought them just in case, I was only going to use them if they weren't provided, but by the time I got in the room, someone had gone through my bags and gotten out all that stuff. So, more clarity there would have been great.

The party monitor was very quite and seemed inexperienced. The room was setup fine, she was just not the greatest at being customer facing and seemed confused at times. Lastly, when asked to help pass out cake, she passed out empty plates to all the guests while I struggled trying to put cake on all the plates.
