Rockin jump makes planning a birthday party so easy. I was impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful the staff was. The food was great. We received a lot of compliments that the party was great.

We were treated very well with our host. Angel did an outstanding job at meeting mine and my guests needs. I was very pleased and had a great experience hosting my daughters birthday party here at rocking jump.

The party host attended to all of my needs. The only problem was in the dodgeball area. Kids were complaining that play was rough, kids threw balls in kids faces and hurt bad.

My kids had a great time. How hostess was wonderful. The food was great & everything was just as expected

Our party host did an excellent job. The manager was amazing, helpful, and kind. Kids had a blast. They were very accommodating when more kids showed up than expected. The staff was cheerful and kind.

The party was a success, Ray our host was extremely good. Professional, genuine, helpful and knowledgeable. He made the party so easy to enjoy. Also thank you to Jorge your Manager for helping us by adjusting and making changes to our original plan. Total success. The park was spotless and everyone was friendly and helpful.

For a birthday party, I feel they should be allowed to jump more than an hour. We came from Santa Cruz and hit traffic so we were a few minutes late and then with check-in, they only had about 40-45 minutes to jump.

The team members observing the kids jump were not very active. I saw kids breaking rules with no action taken. Nothing truly dangerous though, in my opinion.
