Help decorating the Birthday room was appreciated, having a dedicated attendant was extremely helpful when glitches came up and were satisfied immediately. The variety of things to do was key with the kids. If the birthday package came with 1-1/2 hours of jumptime followed by the B-Day party, that would be better.

We all had a ton of fun and the party was very easy. It is an expensive party. And we would have liked 15 more min of jumping and 15 min less in party room. The kids became bored in the party room. But overall great and fun. Staff was excellent.

The webpage to make the reservation didn't help - ended up calling in the reservation. The ability to send invites was error prone, cumbersome and the invite sent out was missing lots of information including the full name of the birthday boy/girl and/or who the invite was from. I would not recommend this event specifically because of the problems with the webpage and invites. Finally, requesting that we pay even more to Punchbowl to get proper and customizable invites which send without error is a disgrace. This place is expensive enough as it is to get the final low-blow of having to pay for nice invites to be sent. Simply greedy business practice and left me and my 50+ guests with bad tastes in our mouths at this otherwise fun place.

No communication how jumpers for party would know when to go eat. Minimal communication how party process would go. Part host Leland was friendly and helpful, but not proactive to help keep party moving.

I was highly satisfied. Katelyn took great care of us.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL BIRTHDAY PARTIES FOR MY SON OVER THE YEARS THERE AND THE KIDS WERE DONE EARLY IN THE PARTY ROOM, 2:30PM TO BE EXACT. 15 EARLY MINUTES THAT I PAID FOR AND IT GAVE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS 30 MINUTES TO PREPARE FOR THE NEXT PARTY SO I ASSUMED THE BOYS COULD JUMP THE LAST 15 MINUTES AS THIS IS WHAT THEY HAD DONE IN THE PAST. THEY WERE TOLD NO AND WE WERE ALL WHISKED OUT OF THE ROOM WHILE I RAN AFTER THE TEAM MEMBER TO PAY. I DID NOT EVEN HAVE ANYTIME TO SAY GOODBYE TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AS WE WERE ALL SHOOED OUT OF THERE. I FEEL AS THOUGH YOU OWE ME A BIT OF REFUND AS I SPENT ALMOST $400 THERE ON THE PARTY!

Price of the party package. No real info after booking the party itself. Food was cold and didn’t have much flavor.

Everything went very well. Thomas Hubbert was managing our party. He handled everything quite well, was very polite and attentive. We would definitely come back for our bext party.
