Mia was an amazing hostess! She took care of our needs and was very attentive. She even helped set up. She was also very friendly. Love to have her again!

Overall the jumping theme is why I chose Rockin' Jump for birthday party. The food selection is limited. I have hosted birthday parties here several times. Our party host, Jaclee was the best I have seen. She was kind, attentive, and very helpful. She is the reason I fill out this survey.

Jaelee was wonderful as host, she did a great job. The kids had a great time. I would plan a party here again for the kids.

Your team members and staff were all smiling and friendly. The party host was confident and hard working. We never needed to ask for anything. Aiyanna made sure our room was set and ready, she was friendly, and worked very well with children and adults. I would recommend her as a party host to everyone.

It was my first time hosting a party on my own and it was very easy, nothing to worry about. All I did was provide the cake. Everyone was friendly and Bri was very helpful and friendly :)

The helper named Brianna was extremely helpful. Brianna asked a lot of questions of what we would like and completed all things asked.
