Staff was amazing and the manager very helpful with everything

I had a party with 20 kids. We had 15 minutes left of jump time but when the announcement came on all my jumpers came down to the party rm at 330pm because they had called the wrist band color. My jump time was until 345. When I went up to AMBER she just said they can go back and keep jumping if they want or just stay in the party rm. I wanted her to make an announcement but instead she had me tell them all to go back and she the continued to stand and talk to a male team member. I paid so things could be taken care off so that I wouldn't have to. Taylor would have handled the situation much better. Taylor is much more professional. I paid for the package with the 20 kids plus I bought additional food items for my party which where great. The price was fair I spent maybe $675 or so. My party hosts were great and willing to help. Everyone had an amazing time. Amber needs training in how to go about things when issues are presented to her.

I was able to plan a birthday party on short notice because Rockin' Jump was able to accommodate us. I thought the "check in" process was extremely organized and easy. The girl who helped with the party was friendly and hardworking.

The staff member attending to our party was great and very helpful. Check in was friendly and simple and the staff was very friendly. We had a party there last year, the kids all had a great time and that's why we chose this place this year as well.

Taylor was Awesome in helping me with Party & Diana WAS THE BEST WITH THE KIDS!!!!! Outstanding!!!! Great staff, clean, fun, easy.

Easy to plan. Equal time for jump and party room. Kids had a blast.

I was highly satisfied with our experience because the hosts were attentive and friendly. They were also very helpful. I feel we had a sufficient amount of jump time. My son and his guests had a great experience.

Our party host, Max, was wonderful! He was very friendly and helpful! He made my son’s party a very special and memorable day!
