I was satisfied with mostly everything because our party host (Faith) did a wonderful job. The place was clean, everyone had a great time and the kids didn’t want to leave at all.

My kids enjoyed their time there!

I really like how nice everyone was, my party host was very helpful and had everything organized.

This is our first experience with hosting a party at Rockin Jump, although we do come to Jump often. I was very impressed with the level of service a party package receives! The price is a bit pricey so I’m glad it was worth it!

Our party hostess, Taylor, was outstanding! She was courteous, prompt, and as flexible and accommodating as she could be. My only complaint was not being able to use the party room for the entire duration of our event. Parents or party members who were not jumping had nowhere to go. Having the room during the event would have given us a place to put our things beyond dumping it all in a large basket and non-jumpers would have place to sit and have a glass of water or snack and kiddos who needed breaks or a drink would have had access to that. The first hour just had awkward moments where it didn't feel like a party or seemed like I shorted my guests by not having a designated party room for non-jumpers. I am happy overall as Taylor did a great job and the kids enjoyed the various activities, but I think the party room should be dedicated for more of the duration of the event as the kids' parents, grandparents, and other non-jumpers would have been much more comfortable. Checking In Multiple People Standing At The Counter Just Staring Host Sent Someone Else In To Tell Us It Was Time To Leave The Party Room.

I think the party could of come with decorations and balloons. Also I saw our host a few times, she kept the drinks pitches filled which is great but I served my own pizza and cake because I was never approached to move on to next thing example food cake presents.

I had an birthday there and i wasnt told that we couldn't go in the room until an hour after i got there i though i would br able to go in the party room at the beginning of the party and set my decoration up in have my guest come to the party room instead we had to wait in the lobby area for an hour y the kids jump then after an hour we was able to go in but if i would have none that i would have never even booked or had an birthday party there for my child i paid 800 dollars for a party that i would atleast would have like to have the party room for 2 hours i was very upset about that none of the staff explained it to me until i checked in for that reasin i will never have a birthday party there ever again
