The ease of planning my granddaughter 3rd birthday party. Communications was excellent with staff. Our party room guy (sorry can't remember his name) did a awesome job!!!!! My son had the best 4th birthday here. The staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate any needs we had. They had everything ready and made sure I didn’t have to do anything and could just enjoy my son’s birthday. I really appreciate that! We had a great day and my friends are already planning their kids’ next birthday parties there.

I booked a birthday party a week and a half out and it was so easy and well laid out. I got a call from the facility just to go over details for the party prior to the party date. It was effortless and a great experience with a very helpful and friendly party host, Gabby.

My son had an incredible experience for his birthday! Our party coordinator was so sweet and informative. And our day of party room coordinator was great! The kids loved him! The park was an absolute blast for the kids!

The birthday party was great! The only issue I had was that the party was for my twins & they only had one of my son’s name on all the labels & papers. They never fixed this

Our host was attentive and kind. Check in was a breeze and made easy for guests to find everything that was needed. Only thing I would recommend is to offer water during jump time, as our kids were very hot and sweaty and in need of multiple drinks before we made it to the party room.

Wwe had a friendly party host. Ease of check-in. Grub activities for all kids. Kids enjoyed the pizza.

I came in for a tour & the info I received with Austin along with me contacting him with online questions were extremely awesome. The flexibility for my situation to come in book & pay for the party in advance was perfect When it was time to check in, get info for rules & itinerary Torri went above & beyond to make this party a success. We truly appreciate the AWESOME experience we had at SkyZone & we look forward to many more. Thank you all from the Jefferson-Bruce Family
