I had no problems at all the staff was great and the young lady who was our party host went above and beyond to make this a great birthday

Easy check in. Great team members at the desk . Richard was the bomb we had about 25 guest he carried his weight well . Love to see a lot of African Americans working effortlessly. World definitely book again.

I believe the young lady that was in the party room was Danielle, she is amazing. Like she should get a promotion or quit, she's too good for this.

During the Check process we have a large party which had been planned 2 weeks before for a reserved birthday party. We arrived at 4:00pm when our reservation was scheduled for 4:15pm allowing extra time for check in. No one instructed us of the process of how to check in and what needed to be done for our party reservation so we were just sitting on the bench waiting for instructions. During the check in there was only 1 person attempting to assist us in the check process because of this it took 30 minutes to be checked in which affected our overall jump time. Also when going into the party room a young man was very rude and unwelcoming, we were instructed to be in party room 2 at 5:15pm once we all come to the room he stated" I dont know who told yall to come in here because we not even ready" I then asked him what he was saying and he said " GET OUT!" I will be reporting this to cooperate. Also all of our food was late and delayed which affected our entire party experience. Many of our guest left sooner because of this experience.

It was my first time at Sky Zone & honestly although I couldn’t personally jump , my son’s and fiancée had an amazing time. We went to celebrate one of my sons turning two & he really enjoyed himself
