SkyZone

From the moment we arrived with our birthday party, we were greated with kindness. The park was very nice and all the staff members were awesome. The party room was fantastic. Our girl that helped run the party was super sweet and a delight to the kids. I am 100% happy with the choice to hold my sons 5th birthday party there.

Staff prepared the party room efficiently and thoroughly. I just brought the cake and candles. I appreciated skyzone suppling the lighter and a knife for the cake. It was a great experience for the children and adults!

The place was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. Also, the food was delicious.

The party package was easy to schedule and enjoy. Our Host was EXTREMELY pleasant and helpful.

It was very easy to set up a party. All the kids had a great time jumping as well as in the party room. Our party host was very attentive and was great with the kids.

The park staff are friendly and knowledgeable. There is clear sense of pride in the team members and jobs they are doing. The birthday party I hosted for my son was a very memorable, and joyful experience.

No one explained everything to me when it came to throwing a party

You all want to much money for nothing you can’t play, eat, and play or chill in the party room for the adults. Not to mention they don’t tell you that you can’t eat the food that you paid for then let the kids play some more or they don’t mention that you have to eat your food sing happy birthday then eat your cake that’s just to much food for children to digest at once like they should be able to jump some of it down.

Lack of clarity with the process of the party

Overall the experience was wonderful for the birthday boy and girl but there were minor issues like the icecream we purchased for our party was never served to us. In addition, we went along with the new Sky Zone COVID policy however allowing only the children/jumpers and parents in the party room did not allow for the full experience of the value of the package to occur as well as did not work to truly address any COVID concerns. This rule simply made the party less personal and does not seem logical or factually sound in terms of preventing COVID transmission. I did feel reassured that Sky Zone was relatively safe when it was explained that temperatures were checked at the door and etc however upon initially entering with a few guests, none of our temperatures were checked as the front COVID station was unmanned. I appreciate the attempt of Sky Zone but there were certainly some shortcomings.
