Everything was fine until we got in the party room. Our host was very timid and moved very slow. I had to assist him with passing out napkins and drinks and serving the cake. Skyzone was supposed to "host" the party so I could relax with my friends and family. There should be at least 2 employees per party. I had to tell him the icee order several time, remind him to get our 3rd pizza ask him for refills. I still tipped him but I was not happy with the service. I had a diamond bday package and my daughter never even got her tshirt. Very unorganized and I will not host another party with skyzone.

I think the party goers should have been able to go back and jump after they had pizza at no charge. Jump time wasn’t long enough!

It was super expensive, but the 10% police discount was a nice help. Nobody came and got my party to give instructions at our assigned jump time. I had to go to the party check in to ask if we could go ahead and jump, but we had to complete our jump time on time. It was only 5 mins, but still the amount of money we spent, it should have been on time. The pizzas weren't cooked enough or cut all the way through, but the 2 employees in our party room were amazing to my party

There were not enough forks & napkins provided. Need more time to prep for the party in the room.

Too expensive and they need to have more attractions laser tag and or video games available for the kids that don’t jump. Allow you to bring in outside juice boxes.

I’m not sure who the hostess of my party was, she never introduced herself, took our cart with personal belongings to the party without notification & I was sitting right there, dropped the cart & the belongings while carrying it upstairs to the party room. She wasn’t personable and didn’t communicate at all.

No one explained the process prior to jump time only said put your thing on the cart nothing else so I had no clue what was going on. It was my first time there

I filled out an online waiver 48 hrs before party, when I arrived to show them my waiver, they asked for me and my child’s name and the waiver was not present on the database. I then was advised to fill out another waiver which didn’t take long, but was a slight inconvenience.

Getting signed in was a long wait although there was no one in line and alot of the areas was closed

My son loves sky zone he has the annual pass I’m a little disappointed with the birthday party prices The packages include 10 jumpers and any number after 10 is 25.00 that price is a bit much Most entertaining places have multiple packages with a range of of the denomination of attendees Packages should have more options 10,15,20 etc
