I am worried about security for kids. There are lots of kids and it is a little bit confusing to find where is your kid.

I was surprised to find out that my son and his guests were not allowed to jump after their first hour. I booked the party for two hours and was told after the first hour that we had to spend the entire second hour in the birthday party room. With only ten possible guests, an hour was much more than a sufficient amount of time to eat pizza and birthday cake. It would have been great if the kids could have gone back to play afterward. Luckily, the parents had waited at the venue, so when we finished the party almost thirty minutes early, they just left. I don't know what I would have done had the boys had nowhere to go. For the amount of money paid and given the emptiness of the park, it would be much appreciated if the boys could have used all of their time there.

The only issue is I had 2 kids age 2 and the parent and child had to have a jump pass - the child should have had a free jump pass considering the parent held them almost the entire time

Upon arrival we were told to place our belongings for the party on the cart. Well our cart was pushed and my child’s cake was shifted prior to her seeing it. After being told i couldn’t stand on the side by one of the members i was advised to buy a parent pass after purchasing one the gentleman told me i was not allowed still on the side or the trampoline when i asked him where the parent pass allowed me he stated in a seat. I just removed myself and my child off that section.

There were too many rules involved with having a party. Also the party jump time is too short while the party room is boring, no decor of any kind for the amount of money you pay.

In the beginning i think things would went smoothly if the check in people explained everything first.

Well when I booked the party I called and had a team member walk me through the booking my party . I was told several times a 10 person party does not include the birthday girl so when I got there with 10 people and the birthday girl I had to come out of pocket for a additional jumper that I was not prepared for considering a team member walked my thought the whole booking process. A bite concerning to me other than that it’s expensive.

The party experience was limiting in the flexibility I was allowed to provide the desired experience. My little party goers preferred doughnuts over cake or cupcakes and there was no exception allowed other than 1 for the birthday girl. Which isn't a viable alternative when hosting a party for little ones and maintaining equity. Not allowing any room for greater flexibility was disappointing, especially considering it was to be in lieu of other treats vs. in addition. Overall the party goers had a great time and our family will definitely still consider going back, but not sure if we'll do another party.

I had specified when making my reservation that I would have 10 jumpers (all kids). However, adults who did not know better where given name tags hence reducing allocation to the kids. I had to make an additional payment to accomodate the kids who had no name tags.

Welcome on arrival and communication from staff was not great.
