It was very crowded. The younger children with us couldn't do some activities because older kids either cut in front of them or were too rough with them. I think the staff was great, but could be more vigilant and helpful.

I was initially disappointed when told I'd only have 5 minutes to set up the party room. I reached out and Monty, the general manager was very helpful, and Lauren the manager was also very attentive the day of the event. They gave us a staging area, and let us get into the party room quite early which I appreciated. The major problem I did have was that I was charged for additional jumpers an extra 30 minutes, when they arrived AFTER that 30 minute window happened. Additionally, I was told I could not personally transport anything in the party room and that it would be locked, but my daughter's sweater went missing. The staff placed one of my bags in a cabinet without telling me. That bag had my receipt in it. The manager refused to refund the additional fees we were charged without the receipt...which had been moved and hidden by their staff. Once I looked through the room for a 3rd time, I found my missing bag with the receipt in it. I never did find the sweater. The manager did refund those fees, but I was furious at that point after having to walk up the stairs so many times to find a receipt that was in a bag the staff should've returned to me in the first place.

When other guest kids in the Dodge ball area were not following the rules, the employee was not authoritative in solving the problem and the guests continued to do whatever they wanted (crossing the line, hitting at close range in the face, not exiting after they had been hit). I asked the staff member to step in again and the kids did not listen to him. I confronted the kids as the employee watched me. Eventually, I had to pull my 8 and 11 year old out because I felt it was not safe. A fun game became stressful and not fun.

The check in was poor. I paid for 10 children; one child lost her sticker and although I had 4 left that I paid for, I was not allowed to get another ticket nor was a manager available.
