The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Since this was my first time hosting an event at Sky Zone, I didn't know the 'ins and outs'. A little more explanation on where coats would be placed in party room would have been nice. had to ask for pitcher of water, thought it was automatic.

The staff was great and very helpful. My son had a great time for his birthday and everything went smoothly. The environment is fun, and great overall

I’m Highly satisfied with the overall experience but not with the paying up front due to some guest not showing up and still having to pay for them. I got free jump passes but I would’ve rather a refund on the guest that wasn’t there.

Jammi was our party goat and she was fantastic! She was informative and really great with the girls. The girls and the parents enjoyed her so much! She helped move the party along and even joined in the fun at our request! She was awesome!!!

This was my first time at SkyZone and I enjoy myself. I had my son 5th birthday there and he had a blast. Staff was helpful and very welcoming. I will be back soon.

The staff was very polite and professional. They seemed happy to be a part of my group having a great experience. The jump area was fun, open, and the food was good.

I enjoyed my assigned person for the party. Her name tag said Danielle. She was kid friendly and kept them entertained and engaged in enjoying the time with the birthday boy. They played a quick game, listened music and Danielle kept everything organized for everyone.
