Every single staff member was courteous, there was not a sign of exasperation. Extremely friendly and smiling!! This is sooo important. Jamie is a gem. Scott manager treasure. My hostess, I absolutely apologize for not recalling her name was a little flash Gordon-she kept checking on me, the guests and ensured we got everything we needed stat. Everyone was great, my guests had a blast and I am absolutely satisfied. Also kudos on the pizza..i expected bland but it was yummy!!

The kids enjoyed glow night. My son enjoyed his party. I would've liked for the games in the party room were organized and not so much from the top of her head or more interactive, however they had fun.

I really liked that the team set up the decorations in our party room while the children were jumping.

The staff was extremely helpful in setting up the birthday party and were flexible when things changed. I could not have been more pleased. And, for the birthday room itself, Danielle, our helper was Extraordinary. Her patience with 20 children and 20 adults was exceptional. I could not have been more pleased. Thank you.

Danielle and Tyler were amazing party helpers. They were sharp, courteous, fast, efficient, and sweet toward my son, the birthday boy. The front desk helpers were also top notch despite a slight hiccup at the beginning. So impressed by how they handled my guests, my questions, my extenuating circumstances, and the transitions that accompanied the party reservation. And when we asked to take a picture of them for memories, they instantly but professionally shifted to cute cameo mode, posed for the shot, then quickly got back to business as they shut everything down and cleaned up lol! Excellent job ladies!

Staff like Kayla were very helpful. They paid attention to everyone of our needs. Even helped take bags to the car.

The customer service was excellent, the equipment was clean and the staff were pleasant. Daniel was our birthday host she was very helpful,friendly, kind and most of all very fun.
