The host that checked us in was so sweet and polite. The party person in our room was very helpful. The whole experience was just great overall!

The check in was very easy. Everything is out in the open, so being able to sit while my child was jumping and being able to see him was great.

The hostess was awesome and very friendly. It wasn't too crowded so the kids were able to play without long waits. The environment was great!!

All of the staff was extremely attentive and helpful during my sons birthday party. The staff in the jump area kept an eye on the younger kids and made sure they didn’t get hurt.

We were so pleased with everything at Sky Zone in Bowie, the operator, manager and staff were all beyond helpful. They even helped me blow up balloons! Several different staff members asked if we needed anything and if everything was running smoothly multiple times. Everyone was attentive and really made sure my son's birthday was a blast. My only concern was there was not an elevator.
