We were treated great, our host was awesome as well... All the kids had a blast

The Staff were great. I had someone in a wheelchair so they had to get another room ready for us but we still started on time.

Very accommodating, clean, friendly. Ryan was great at communicating, getting kids food and drink, drinking out kids, bringing shoes upstairs, giving out goodie bags. Seamless process.

Very friendly staff and accommodating. A lot of space for the kids to run around safely. Able to reign in the kids for the party aspect and allow for energy to burn off in the same building.

Staff was very attentive. Facilities were clean and fully functional. The experience overall was great from the jumping to the party room! Thank you!

Ryan Bosher, Rob Alexander and Khalida Seabury were EXCELLENT. Highly courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and so PROFESSIONAL. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days but I was highly impressed with this team
