The staff was ready to help myself & the children with any questions they had during bounce time. The organization of time in & time out was great. Everything was very clean & the play areas never felt crowded

The equipment was in excellent condition. Our kids loved it. Staff was very helpful.

I rated it down one was because there was some confusion with check in of all of the guests and the final price we had to pay. However, the manager and our host did resolve this issue. Also, for larger parties (like ours), I highly suggest having two people/hosts helping out with the party. In addition to a good number of kids, we had a lot of adults, as well. It just makes it easier on the hosts if they have someone else to help them out with setup. Additionally, we were not informed that there would be a tip requested. That’s something that should be mentioned ahead of time or just have factored into the price as that threw us off and messed up our budget.

I had to call multipleto get my questions answered about the party. when I had asked to be called back I receive text. I sent in the first list of guest.n I added to the list by text. I questioned whether or not the additional jumpers were received on the list and told ysthen at check-in time they did not have them on the list. We were given difficulty by the party people about the additional people that were on the guest stating that they did not know or have the additional jumpers. Also I had mentioned to someone on the phone on three different occasions that I had a coupon. Then when I arrived the day of the party the person told me that they did not know that I had a coupon and the price was not taken off the party price. The guy that checked us and gave us attitude about this. they ran out of the fountain pink lemonade and had to substitute I was not compensated for that and it should’ve been taken off my charges in my opinion. The party host seem to be overwhelmed with the number of guest in the party andprobably should’ve been two hosts .Additionally she did not seem to want to serve the cake and I had to serve this. They also did not ask about gifts

It was extremely hot everywhere and even more so in the party room. Please do something about the temperature. It was almost unbearable. If I wasn’t hosting a party, I would not have stayed the entire time due to the heat.

The party and hosts were great but it was HOT!! We had a large group and let one of the managers know. The room didn’t cool off until it was time to leave.

The party was very expensive for what we received. The party host was nice but said we had to serve our own drinks. She only served kids pizza, and said adults had to serve themselves although the almost $600 I paid included adults.

The experience was great, we love this place, but the time you get to jump for a party, is not enough. We paid $500 for an hour? Not enough time! The time in the party room was a good amount of time thought.
