Gabriel’s party went very well. Haylee H was very helpful in the planning and Crystal was a great party host.

Great party for my 4 year old. Aliyah was a great host and checked on us throughout our time in the party room.

The staff was amazing and very tentative to us. Everything was clean and perfect.

From the time we walked in, Khamron (our party host) was very friendly and attentive. We had a child with us with autism and Khamron (without being asked to) notified the other team memebers to be aware and patient with him and his special needs. Khamron was also very helpful in setting up the decorations we brought and was very friendly and helpful with passing out pizza and drinks and dessert. Our whole party commented on what a nice and helpful young man he was. Before arriving, I was unhappy that 3 days after booking the party over the phone I received an email for 10% off a birthday package. Seeing as we bought the top package at nearly $500, 10% is quite significant. But as far as our experience, the only thing I would have changed was a longer time in the party room as we didn’t have enough time to eat, do dessert, and gifts. But all in all the service provided by our party host Khamron was excellent and I’m sure won’t be topped on our next visit.

Was told incorrect information abt birthday room, then when my guest and I were finally able to get in the birthday room we were rushed and i didnt appreciate that. Will book a bday else where but will be visiting other locations for play time. Other then that the party was a success.

The break ins of the cars outside was very concerning. The limit of the private party room for 45 mins was very little an hour would’ve been better so we wouldn’t rush our eating and rushing our guest.
