We are there every other weekend and the staff are always polite to me and my son. My son and nephew love going there because they have fun and it is worthy because of the price.

Staff and host were friendly and extremely helpful. The play area was clean and safe. We would have liked to be in the party room for the full 2 hours instead of moving back and forth but everything else was excellent.

The experience was great. The only thing I would change is the fact that you only have the party room for one hour. When I booked the party, I was under the impression that we would have the party room for two hours. That is the only thing I would change. The table we had for the first hour was not enough to seat the guests we had. Otherwise everything was perfect. We will be back for sure. Thank you for everything.
