Check in was easy, Jashawn greeted us with a smile as soon as we arrived. The place was clean, staff was friendly, all areas were open and available. Jashawn was attentive and available continuously through the night. Everyone had a great time!

The staff was great. We had 30 children with us and the one staff member who assisted us was very responsive to our needs.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and the time allotted was perfect for the party room. The children all had a great time and an hour of jumping was perfect!

I was very pleased with the woman I initially spoke to to reserve my party room and then the service I received the night of the party was wonderful. Devaisha was my group leader. I cannot believe how organized everything was. I didn't have to take care of anything--She logged them all in, took coats and gifts and brought everything to the party room. Anytime I needed more drinks or plates, etc.. she and the others were on top of it. That in itself is worth the money.

A. Facility ran out of jumping socks so our whole party did not receive and pair and were to jump in their own socks B. The wait time for ordered pizzas took way too long , had irritable party attendees due to the wait. C. Pizza sizes were not big enough for the price of the party. I paid for 10 jumpers and their chaperones and was not enough food. (But our host did apologize and fixed the issue by serving an extra pizza for the group, greatly appreciated) D. There were no bottled waters on site for purchase.

The hostess was very sweet and helpful. I wish there was more Jump time and less room time
