It was really easy to booked the party with Tim. He was very easy to talk with, and very attentative to what I was looking for. Also he give all the information I needed. The hostess was great, her name was "D" and she was very informative and organized, also very professional.

The party host was phenomenal. Of all the bounce parks we've had parties at, this is the best bang for your buck!

Everything was easy going. Staff was very helpful. Everyone at the party had a blast. Over all best party I've had with no stress.

First time experience was satisfying. My guest enjoyed themselves. I would recommend to a friend.

There should be a way for a birthday party to move through the bash balls area without having to stand in line the whole time and waste jump time. Perhaps a sign that says "closed for a birthday party", then 2 children could be in the balls and 2 children waiting and the rest of the party jumping. When the two get out of the balls they could get another 2 to wait in line until everyone in the party has had a turn.

I was highly satisfied, however I feel the silver package should have come with more for the amount of money. Overall It was great and my children and friends enjoyed it.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because we were there for over an hour before we were able to get into the party room. That meant some of my guests had to hold their children’s coats and shoes. Also, that didn’t give me an adequate amount of time to decorate and bring every thing out from the staff lounge. For example the balloons I purchased were left in the staff lounge because we were rushing to decorating before the kids came back. Also, I missed my son’s birthday shout out and part of his dodge ball game because we weren’t given access to the parry room until an hour after the party started.
