The girls who were our party hosts were amazing! So nice and so considerate. We had so much fun!

My party hostess Valerie was the greatest! She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, caring, professional, polite, and overall wonderful. She also received many compliments from other adults attending the party. Please pass this feedback along to her and her manager.

Our party host was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely helpful and the kids adored him. He joined in to their conversations and got down on their level to speak with them. He was amazing!

The last time I went to a Sky Zone (not in Maple Grove), it was packed with kids and there was a lot of unsafe behavior, so I was a bit worried for our party of 13 6-8 year olds. The space had other guests on the day of our party, but was certainly not overwhelming, and we had the only party during the time we were there. Our party planner, Maiah (I may be spelling it incorrectly) was incredibly helpful and intuitive. She helped me bring all of our items to the room, and while I was visiting with guests, she unpacked our decorations and set the room up for us! I was not expecting the extra help, and was so grateful. When the kids were all in the party room, she smoothly attended to people’s needs, and kept things moving along on a great timeframe. We have hosted parties in other children’s spaces, and I believe this was our best experience yet!

Having a birthday party for my child was made so easy! It was literally the easiest party I have ever planned! All of the equipment & the entire space (restrooms included) was very clean! I also loved that the fun was accessible & fun for people of all ages (7 yrs to 43 yrs in our party)!
