the ppl that helped us were very friendly, helpful. We/my son had a great. We will definitely come back. the only issue we had is someone threw up in one of the areas so he wasn't able to play in that area.

Quickly set up birthday party over the phone. Support for the birthday party during it. No clean up for a birthday party :)

Very easy process to book a party and check in. One discrepancy is that the website makes it appear as though you have sectioned party space to jump with a SZ team member with your party at all times (much like pump it up). After the rules were communicated in about 30 seconds, all 10 kids in my party were free to go. I wasn't expecting this and it was hard to keep tabs on all 10 kids (5-6) years old. Would be good to have this more visible when booking and possibly color coded stickers for kids with parties to help keep track a bit better.

Derrick, the party host, was really helpful. He anticipated our needs before we even communicated them, we appreciated his proactive approach. The park was just opening when we hosted the party, so the amount of people there was highly manageable and made it easy to take pictures of the party goers!

Party host was great. Kids loved jumping. Would really have preferred to have the party room from the time we arrived: so kids could have had a home base and been able to stop by for drinks when they got hot and thirsty. Biggest issue: The building was so hot. The party ROOM had no air movement- even after we asked for them to turn on HVAC. OVERALL the building was uncomfortably hot.

It was well organized and the person assigned to us was extremely helpful.

Our event coordinator was Joe. He was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and helpful. He made sure I was satisfied throughout the whole event. Honestly, he made sure the kids had as much fun as they could and I did not have anything to worry about! He’s an absolute rockstar. I love all the different activities and areas this Skyzone has. It is great for all ages! Super awesome and super fun!

The staff was all so friendly and attentive. Our party person (Annika ?) was awesome and very involved with us. The kids had a great time, and it was stress free for the parents.

So many fun new things to do. The kids all gave good reviews and Joe who helped check us in was amazing.

Easy to book a kids birthday party and services avail. Plenty of activities for the kids to choose from. The party attendant was easy to commuincate with.
