We had pizza included in our party package. After waiting 30mins in party room being told by host that "it's coming" I had to walk over to Chanticlear myself to get the pizzas. We then only had 10mins left to eat in the party room before the party was over. Pizzas we were given were a size small and we were not happy with service or value of food.

Very expensive $387.00 for 2 hrs. Ungrade of unlimited drinks not worth it - got pitchers. Upgrade of decoration not worth it - got 5 balloons and table cloths. Not worth the money.

Overpriced, very busy (to many people at the same time). The people working at the harnessed climb were clueless..I stood for 10 minutes before I had to say can I sign up my kids, we signed up and came back 15 minutes later to add more kids to the list and the they had wiped the board clean with our kids names off the list. So they just said we will let you go now which caused others to no go...it was disorganized. The workers seemed less then please to be working at skyzone..
