The kids had a super time together. I felt all were kept safe by the staff and well maintained equipment. Really liked how the party room overlooked the jump areas. Food was fresh and hot, and the service by our rep was excellent.

The staff members that assisted were efficient, friendly, and my party ran with ease. The party room was clean and allowed the guest complete observation of their children at all times.

We had a great time! The kids enjoyed the fun and clean playspace. I enjoyed being about the watch the kids play knowing the party was take care of! We did have to wait to get into our party room - which was because of the other family in the room. The staff was super friendly and helpful!

Very clean, rooms are always clean, the bathrooms are very clean and we love that there are hand sanitizer stations all over the place. We also love that there are different activities for everyone to enjoy.

Due to a family member that couldn’t use stairs, your team was kind enough to relocate our room to a downstairs room.

The kids had a lot of fun. The staff was great. The place was clean and there was a lot of places the kids could go and enjoy themselves.

Our host Abi was wonderful. She was able to keep my wife well informed about the facility. She was very attentive with the kids when it was time to eat. I would have to say the hand washer in the party room was a major hit with the kids. Not sure if next years party will be there but we will be back for more jumping fun.
