I did not have to worry about getting refills on drinks. Cleaning the after the party. I was so impressed that sky zone provided the candles! Best party ever!

Disappointed that the website says you will get 10 minutes extra of jump time, but party planner said no... also, an hour is a bit too much time for pizza and drinks... 45 minutes would be much better, maybe even 30.

we really enjoyed our time at the party. The facility was clean and the staff was attentive. All of the attractions were properly functioning and in order.

When you first opened, there was a host assigned to the party that took the kids from section to section. It was well-organized and efficient. One hour in the party room is way too long.

The only issue I would say we encountered was when the kids took 30 minutes to eat their pizza and cupcakes and wanted to continue jumping. I wish there were some way to add in that additional 1/2 hour into the price of package. It didn’t seem right to have to pay for a whole hour per child to continue using the facilities. I think you need to change the party packages to only 30 minutes in party room or be more flexible allowing those kids to continue jumping or maybe give parents ability to pay for 30 minute increments. Otherwise it was a great experience.

The party planner assigned to us never introduced themselves. I had to ask a random employee which party room my group should go to. Guests were unsure where to put presents they brought. We were told we would have 30 minutes of jumping in a private area before 60 minutes of open jumping but we never got a private area.

Manager was rude, didn’t explain anything to me when we checked in for our party. Food was late. Got attitude for getting complimentary shirts for my troubles.

Booking procedure was disorganized. Called multiple times at different times and over different days with no one answering the phone. Left numerous messages and calls were never returned. Only when I emailed did I get a response. Suggest having 1.5 hours of jump time and 30 min in party room (time in party room too long). Kids were very thirsty and the food came before the drinks. In addition based on my package we should have had 3 pitchers and only 2 were provided. Had to repeatedly ask for the pitchers to be refilled.

The party is set up to give kids an hour in the party room; that is ridiculous; a bunch of 10 year olds want to jump or sit in a room; luckily it was not busy and the kids were able to jump more so it worked out

I had my daughter’s birthday party there and while I did receive calls from an out of state representatives to set up the party when i tried to call the local store i could never talk to anyone..... Secondly, when we got there we did have someone go over our party choices and get people checked in but the down fall was all of my guest were just standing around with no guidance while we were waiting for our jump time I felt that it was very disorganized with that part and the kids just scattered ...then when it time to go in the party room just an announcement over the intercom . I felt that someone should have been with our party the entire time My hostess in the party room was amazing so I was very satisfied with her she was awesome
