no contact before the event to align on the details. I received one call but the time is not good. I asked the person to call again, the person told me he was going to call in two hours but never did.

I was highly satisfied with the facility and facility staff. The corporate call center was highly frustrating to deal with. You have to always leave a message via phone or text, they don’t always call or text back in a timely manner or at all. I had to threaten to cancel my party to get anyone to answer my call. No one called to verify my numbers 48 hours prior. I left 2 messages and finally heard back less than 24 hours before. You should allow the staff at each facility to speak to the customers directly. The corporate communication center is aggravating. Also, party room time should be no longer than 40 min. 30 min would be ideal. There was plenty of space in the facility for my party goers to jump for 20-30 more minutes. But we had to sit and talk in the room instead while watching others play.

The only issue we had was after check in no staff members explained to us when we were allowed to go to the jump area. I had to ask if the group could jump & we didn't get in to jump until 10 minutes I to our scheduled jump time. We were told we would be notified when it was our groups turn & we were not.

1 - Too many people and birthday parties going on at same time. Appeared as if you were maxed out on capacity. 2 - Host designed to our party - poor communicator - no rules were explained. Super unsure and shy. Did not communicate with kids at all and tell them the rules. 3 - Poor check in process - too busy. VERY SLOW.
