great place to have a b'day part, super impressive staff that took care of every need of ours, party host was amazing, highly likely to return

The facility was clean, well-equipped and not too crowded. It was very easy to set up the party and our Rockin Jump host was always available, super friendly and on top of the set up. All the kids LOVED their time there (22 kids age 2-8). The food was very good and the price was well worth the experience. It was much better than I'd hoped!

Our celebration started out rough due to traffic. Our hostess did everything she could to turn it around into a fun one. She tweaked our schedule so we could make up missed jump time, which was great!

The hostess was extremely helpful and made everything go smooth. Great job

I had a party of 26 jumpers and not one person nor myself received THE $5 jumper card that was apart of the package. Not only that but I also never ecieved the 3 all day jump passes for my child that the birthday party was for. We also never got a private doge ball match. All these things were apart of the gold package that I had purchased.Its upsetting that this didnt happen because I spent close to 1,000.00 and didnt get everything we were supposed to. Other than that the party host was nice and helpful and very attentive to our needs.

Not enough time or options on the menu

The place was great. The kids had a great time. My only problem was for how much we paid the party host employee did pretty much nothing. She didn't help me decorate as they told me she would. She didn't serve the food or help with serving food or drinks which they told me she would. I had to take someone down to get the cupcakes and food out of the refrigerator. I just was told the party hostess would help and i didn't feel that was the case at all.

Sink in party room was broken. Icees were given and I do not recall that being listed as part of our party package.

A child’s parent completed a waiver online, but it wasn’t showing up in the system. I had to have the mom email me the waiver so her child could jump. Not enough time given for private party dodgeball. Website to manage guests and invites was not easy to use. Our host, Tyler, was great. Leaving presents and kids’ stuff in cart in entrance is not safe. They should have a lockable lid. I had to stay with the cart instead of watching the children. It was very crowded. There was a time where the dodgeball was unattended by a worker. Huge line of kids waiting to get in, but no one there. After 3 minutes a girl showed up.
