Had trouble getting a hold of a representative on the phone. The price for what we received was too expensive, especially since my husband spends thousands of dollars here on a business party and we didn’t receive any discount for our daughters party or for our loyalty. The free icee included did not get used by anyone, so that was a waste.

Confusion at check in for our party guests. Wasn’t made aware that we wouldn’t have the party room for the entire two hours until we arrived. Nowhere to sit.

I was supposed to receive 3 all day jump passes with my party pkg. I accidentally left them in the receipt book so when I got home I called and left a msg but never heard back from anyone.

I hosted my son's 11th birthday at Rock n Jump and had a good experience. My host was helpful and attentive. My biggest complaint is that 1 hour in the party room is WAY too long for children. My son has had his party at your facility on 3 different years in the past and it was way better when the guests were allowed to continue jumping after the pizza and cake are served. Or having a 90 minute jump period followed by 30 minutes in the party room would be a better option too. The rise in cost of hosting a party at rock n jump is also a deterrent for the future. The price of a party is much higher than the previous.
