I was overall pleased with the professionalism of the staff and promptness. The ease that the facility made booking the party was definitely one of the best experiences I encountered. Austin, our party host was extremely excellent and very kind. I will definitely recommend Rockin Jump to family and friends.

It was expensive. The party rooms were a little tight but we made them work! Honestly other than that it was the perfect venue.

I loved everything about the place except it got a little bit hot with all the people that were in the center.

The time in the party room felt very rushed. Trying to fit in time to eat pizza and cake and open presents in 30 minutes or less is a lot.

The only issue that I really had is if you are already paying $350 for a party why do you still have to pay $45 for just socks. I was not happy with that. Even if I had paid a $1 per pair with the party it would not have been as bad as paying $45. Other than that my child enjoyed his party.
