We really had a great experience yesterday. The two staff who handled our party were great and extremely helpful. The kids had a ball! Thanks for making my son’s birthday a great one!

We had an amazing time within rockin jump and the hosts that we got. They were amazing

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They checked us in quickly and made sure each of the children had fun. The staff maintained an orderly flow which made for easy transitions from one play area to the next.

Everything was outstanding from beginning to end. The jumping time was adequate. The party room , food and staff were great.

Jeffrey our party host made the experience to be a wonderful one for my son and my job easier as he went above and beyond what I expected. The whole event was organized well and although it was crowded it did not feel like it.

I wish when it was private parties that it wasnt open jump time. Like that the kids can have more freedom to jump and play what they want. Especially since we had mixed age group

The staff that worked with my party were incredibly patient, cordial and motivated to work with the kids. I really appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude.

Management addressed and situation immediately. Staff incredibly know how to handle all types of children tantrum situations. Staff were all attentive to request professionally & respectfully.
