The staff was great. They explained everything and were extremely helpful. We were very please the way the staff treated every guess at the venue.

I waited for the room too long. I was told we have it for 2 hrs And was 30 min. My husband and I were upset about that alone.

Wonderful party hosts. One recommendation is we had a large party and the turn taking for slam dunk and obstacle course was a bit too long for the young kids. I would recommend changing the flow of that. I would also recommend the water break be done with bringing pitchers of water/cups over to the kids rather than having them go all the way over to the water fountain by the bathroom.

I think going across the main area in between activities is tedious and also most importantly not at all safe for the kids--we lost one of our group for a while -- it is impossible to keep track of the kids in the massive room with that many kids everywhere. It is honestly shocking that kids don't go missing regularly. Anyone can walk in and go downstairs and walk out with a kid--it is not at all secure and gives me pause to let my kid go without a parent staying the whole time. I also think it is not at all practical to close out the bill after the party onsite--I had to wait for a manager to come where there were no extras--that should be handled differently.
