Our party helper was excellent. I told her what I wanted and she followed through right away. She even helped assist children who came late to the party.

I was extremely pleased with Jenna our party attendant. She was very friendly, professional, informative about each step of the party process.

Our host, Ella was an amazing host. She was very attentive and extremely helpful. Kids loved all the activities and people.

Party Host was awesome--Rudy. Very attentive and supportive throughout our party.

The number of jumpers for the bday party was confusing. My email confirmation said 15 jumpers and at check out they said my party only included 10. So I was shocked to have to pay for 7 extra jumpers as opposed to 2.
