Our party host was very attentive and nice

The chaperones were great and everything went very smooth

Our party planner efficiently communicated with us, if anything I would’ve preferred like 5 minutes to ‘decorate / set-up’ things in the party room prior to the kids going in there. Next, I wish someone was by the dodgeball game to explain the rules to the kids & monitor the entrance to ensure it was truly our private dodgeball game (there were regular jumpers who were part of the game). Lastly, bravo to the staff for immediately cleaning up after whoever threw up - you did it quickly, with proper chemicals, and it didn’t take overly long before the kids were allowed to use that open jump section again.

Very fun experience for all ages. Small kids area to keep them from big kids was very good. Private dodgeball game was fun. Foam pit should have steps or ladder on wall to assist with climbing out.

We had too much time in the party room and not enough jumping. The kids wanted more time. They lost some time checking in.

Need more hosts. Host didn't say much to me, he did well checking in my guests. Drinks should've been setup in room much earlier. Kids were very thirsty after playing and nothing was available in our room till the very last minute.

I was suppose to receive a shirt for booking the party and I wasn’t. Had the party for 2 hours but the first hour wasn’t allowed in the room. Felt rushed.

It was a a bit chaotic - wish there was a way to organize the kids from one activity to the next so they could stay together. There should be water available in the room from the start - so many kids were thirsty during the first hour of jumping and wanted to run to the room for a sip of water.

10 kids for $400 paid. It’s $40 per hour per kid to play and remaining hour spent in party room to eat pizza and cake kids were done in less than half hour from the party room. They could have spent remaining time playing!
