We and our guest enjoyed The birthday party a lot and the kids with very friendly with the assistant in the room. She was great, she entertained us and kids very well, and helped as well. Loved the place!

It was so easy to have my sons party here. Our party host was fantastic. We had Kayla. she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. But also did not over step when the kids got done early on eating pizza and we did the rest of his party in the party room.

Overall, the party went amazingly well. It was easy to book, which I did online. Ashley, our hostess, was awesome! Helped us from beginning to end with EVERYTHING. Pizza was pretty good for a trampoline park. Will be doing again!

Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The team member hosting our party was amazing!!! She was very knowledgeable, super sweet outgoing and made us all feel very comfortable 😊

We came from Ohio to celebrate my son’s 4th Birthday at skyzone and I was so pleased with the entire process, the party, and the communication!! K- the party director was absolutely AMAZING!!! He explained everything very clearly and made sure my son’s Birthday was incredible!! Layla, our party host deserves so much praise!! She made sure we had everything we needed drinks, food, Everything! I wanted to help clean up when the party was over and she made sure I did not touch a single thing. She said “That is my job, don’t you worry about any of this”. Both K and Layla we very polite, and gave off great positive energy! If we are ever back in Normal, we will for sure come for a visit! All of our guests were highly pleased with the party! THANK YOU BOTH!!!!

Our person in charge of the party was awesome. The only thing is that the kids had to wait 20-30 minutes to get to jump upon arriving because they had to wait for everyone to get checked in.

My daughter had a great time with her friends at her birthday party! Our party host (Mr Steven) was fantastic! He was like a mind reader whenever we needed drink refills and when it was time for ice cream! He was always available for our questions!

The kids absolutely loved the different parts of the facility. Everything was super clean and well maintained. The event host was extremely helpful with a highly positive attitude.
