I like that you have a waitlist option for appointments! That is how I got my appointment. Additionally, I think the member program has extremely reasonable pricing.

First and foremost, I have been seeing my Massage Therapist Stephanie for almost 10 years. She’s highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, and a super effective therapist. This last time I came in with a sore back and after my massage the next day or two I found relief. I see Stephanie at least once a month and a very appreciative of her services. I simply cannot say enough about her!!!! Hand And Stone is always welcoming and fairly clean. I did find the last couple times the waste cans in bathroom, overflowing with paper towels, but that might be a customer problem ( not pushing them down.) . Other than that, I absolutely love Hand And Stone and will continue to return!!!!

April is extremely knowledgeable about the Cryoskin technology and the fine points of its application. She clearly loves and believes in what she does. She is also very friendly, which is not only pleasant but is helpful during the Cryoskin extension, or whatever the colder part is called, because her good conversation is a welcome distraction and then--the coldest part is over.

I’ve been coming for a few yrs to this location. I’ve noticed a step up in everything this year. The reception staff is particularly kind and professional. Incredibly trained. And each therapist has there own style and technique, which I find to also have improved during my time as a member.
