I previously used another location and was extremely dissatisfied with their customer service. This location hands down has the customers best interests in the forefront. This is going to be my primary location moving forward. I am over the moon satisfied with the East Liberty location!!! 10 stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My massage therapist continues to work with me in ways that feel individual to my needs and specific problem areas. Instead of just delivering a run of the mill massage, great effort is put into making sure my needs are addressed.

It was a great experience, my massage therapist was fantastic.

The beautician is very professional, the technique is very comfortable, and I am very relaxed. The receptionist's attitude is also very good, I arrived early and they let me sit and wait to have a good rest. After I was done, the beautician handed me a glass of water to make me more comfortable.

The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Jonathan was great. He was very knowledgeable about products in and out of the establishment. I was nervous due to sensitive skin and he was very good about explaining what was going to be used and the fact that they were plant based and good for sensitive skin.

My therapist, Stephanie, was very friendly, prompt and ensured that the pressure and techniques were appropriate for me. My appointment started and ended on time. I did not need to wait.

Receptionist are always pleasant and eager to make you feel comfortable. The massage therapist was concerned about my muscle tension and recommended a longer massage for my next visit so that she may work more on the areas of concern. The massage therapist was exceptional in making sure I was comfortable. .
