Even though I was late Corrine was so nice and understanding. She was able to give me a great massage with the abbreviated time!

Corinne is so wonderful. She has a good knowledge base and is able to target problem areas. Best massage I've gotten. She is great!

Stephanie is by far the best massage therapist around. I have experienced other massage therapists recently, both in and out of the city and Stephanie’s massage is the best. She listens to your concerned areas and concentrates on those, while still providing a full body massage. She is friendly and courteous and I will keep coming back because of her.

The massage therapist was thorough, listened and was helpful in meeting my massage needs during the time. She checked in about pressure and my comfort level especially in the areas causing the most discomfort. I was highly satisfied with Corrine's skill. Front desk needs to communicate more effectively with her about what they schedule the client for over the phone. While I was booking the appointment since I was a UPMC employee I was offered a free aromatherapy scalp massage although no one communicated that to Corrine. The therapist needs to know in advance what is scheduled and unfortunately the front desk did not. I also showed my ID badge from UPMC and the front desk did not know why I was doing so event though that is the expectation in the offer. Overall I was satisfied with my experience.

My experience at Hand and Stone was amazing. My massage was done by Patrice and she was so friendly. She is very good at her job and I left feeling a lot better than when I arrived.
