Therapist was very knowledgeable with the body answered a lot of questions I had and was very respectful

The receptionist that answered the phone on more than one occasion had an attitude called me not by my name after she clearly stated my name at the beginning of the call. Clearly she must not like her job to always be getting snippy when asked a simple question about services offered and what is the difference between the chemical peels. Every time I come into the spa the receptionist(s) are in their personal cell phones and it’s like we r interrupting them when coming to check in. Other than that the esthetician’s are great

April did a pumpkin facial yesterday. It smelled so good! She is very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you again April!

Very friendly and professional. I am a customer with a disability. I am blind and the staff communicated with me and guided me while respecting my personal space. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and gave me personalized advice.

April gave me a wonderful facial. It was very relaxing and much needed. My skin felt and look healthy upon completion. SheI made me feel as though I was her top priority. Great customer service.

Everyone at Hand and Stone was very friendly and courteous. The venue was very clean and neat and I felt very safe. The therapist discussed my problem areas with me and spent extra time on those areas as well as offering advice on stretches to do at home to help. This was my first experience at Hand and Stone. Stephanie was great and I will definitely return.
