I don't routinely get massages, but the comfort level and cost might bring me back sooner. I think my body would benefit from a more routine service. I look forward to returning.

The whole environment is relaxing and well managed. If one front staff doesn't know exactly what to do, another quickly and kindly steps in to assist. Alexis is exceptional. I feel blessed to have her as a therapist. She is helping to heal long standing trigger point areas and past injuries. I could not be happier! My only concern was that I got an email for a last chance sale on massage that was already over. The staff person indicated it was too late. When I go in next time, i will ask the manager to override this and honor the discount. As someone who has owned a retail store, when the company makes the error, they should always be the accountable one and honor the promotion.
