My facial and the person who did it were great. What I dislike is the add ons of different services. For example, at the other spa I go to an arm and neck/chesr massage are included at the same price that I paid you.

Gretchen is wonderful and I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive at the East Liberty location, although I tend to forget I have the membership, and my services build up. It would be nice to incorporate a reminder "We miss you" text or email for members who haven't booked appointments in awhile. Or maybe that's just me and my forgetful brain.

Receptionist recommended an upgrade (given the number of unused credits I had). Referred me to Steve as his specialty was neuro... and he was really good. I cannot say enough good things about the experience.
