Massage therapist was great - focused on my problem areas and always checked with me regarding comfort and technique. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful! Loved my visit

After my facial which was the first time I was every there they wanted to schedule an appointment within a month. When I said I wanted to come every 3 months the esthetician's schedule wasn't available yet. Then she tried to sell me on the once a month package. I said no I wouldn't be interested and she asked what was preventing me from going with the package. I didn't feel like I had to tell her why, and was a little annoyed that she even asked with other people around. But I said I couldn't afford to do this every month and this was a treat for me. I know their job is to try and sell I was just unhappy that after a lovely quiet relaxing facial I had to deal with that.

My therapist is wonderful. He always knows what the body needs to relieve aches and pains and is quite accomplished. However he is not proficient in Hot Stone massage. I had hot stone as an add on and was a bit disappointed with this aspect of the massage. He later admitted that he is “not very good at it “. Next time I will just skip the hot stone and have him focus on what he does best.

I was very satisfied. I just would like the oil to be different. I did not like how it felt or smelled on my skin after.

I was very satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone facial spa, however, my appointment did start a little late(about 5-7 minutes) and ended early(about 7-10 minutes) which starting late is fine but with ending early, it ends up being a 45-50 minute massage. I understand that there needs to be time in between appointments. I thought my massage was targeting the right areas, and my person did a great job. I feel as though it could've been more firm in the requested areas but overall enjoyed. Next time I will ask to focus even more on targeted ares, and eliminate some other areas.

The schedule books so fast. It appears there may be too many patrons versus therapists. My schedule is a difficult one but even when I try to book in advance it's an issue

I had a massage and a facial. The facial was fantastic, 10/10. The massage was about 7.5/10. In fact, I had a better massage of my arms during the facial. Although I will say she was able to work out the knots in my shoulders during the massage, so that was good. But other than that, it just felt like rubbing lotion on me. But again, the facial could not have been better.

My massage therapist is great and staff are too. I just noticed that the massage times have shrunk from a 60-min. (that is about 50 after time to change). Now the actual massage time is about 40-min of massage plus 5-min before/after to change.

I had waited a long time for my appointment and the day of, they cancelled due to the massage therapist being out sick. They could have found someone else. Instead, I had to wait another month and a half for a new appointment.
