I run late for my massage. I arrived at the place around 8 minutes late. Because it's my first time here, so I need to sign a lot of forms, which take a few minutes. When the massage started, it was 20 minutes late, majorly because of my lateness. I was informed that this is going to be a rush massage or I can reschedule. I chose to take it to try how hand & stone massage feels like. The massage ended at :55. I'm a little confused because I booked the massage for 60 minutes, and I thought it should end at :00. I don't expect the preparation time for the next customer to be counted in my experience. The massage itself is great. But I would like to be informed better about the late policy before arrival. I would like to receive more information on parking, and the amount of time suggested before the first arrival. I was used to other spa places where they have more flexibility and being late for less than 15 minutes won't be punished. I understand the policy here but more information should be provided. Also, I would appreciate it if, in the confirmation email or follow-up email, the masapist's name could be recorded so it will be easier for me to book the same masapist next time.

One of the Receptionist (*Not the one who took care of me) was a little rude. The Massuse & the Esthetician were very kind& good. The cost of the FACIL I think is a bit high.

Massage room was too bright. Candle I want to purchase was not available that day.

I mentioned my skin is dry however I wasn't inform that after my facial I will experience peeling and stinging

One of the massage therapists smelled strongly of cigarettes when they came out to the lobby. I am very sensitive to scents, and it was very bothersome.

I felt that it was very chilly in both the waiting room and the massage room. I also sent an email to the manager because I felt the time of service was off, I have not received a response yet.

I had an extra $20 up charge on my facial that I wasn’t aware of prior to being charged at the end. I don’t mind it but I would want to know that beforehand in my next visit.

It was a good experience, and I was relaxed, but the massage didn’t do much to help with my tense shoulders and neck. I suppose I should’ve spoken up, but I am typically not the type to do that. I would’ve liked a deeper, more intense massage in my requested area of focus.

The walls between the massage room are too thin. I could hear noises from the room next door. I could also hear noises from the hallway.
